Awarded to a full-time student in the NorQuest College Academic Upgrading or English as a Second Language programs.
Eligibility Criteria;
• Academic standing of 64%/C/2.0 or higher.
• A personal letter from applicant describing educational goals and career objectives.
• Community contributions with strong leadership/citizenship and volunteerism in and/or outside the College.
